RingCentral Video Plugin/app for Word Press
According to Siteefy.com statistic "42% of all websites on the entire Internet currently use WordPress as their content management system. This number is 36% for top 1 million websites, 20% for top 100K websites, and 14% for top 10K websites respectively." Unsatisfied with zoom's 40min limit, a lot of organizations with Word Press websites would welcome a way to manage their webinars from WordPress similar to this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/video-conferencing-with-zoom-api/

Add the option to use SFDC mobile to call in Ringcentral
There is a quick action in the mobile app to call with Ringcentral. It doesn't work. The call should be logged to SFDC after the call complete, with the same functionality as the desktop browser version.

Integration with Dynamics Business Central as a CRM tool
Add calls and notes to customer activity log based on the phone number dialed or received from in ring central while the business central app is open. Also see all users call logs and permitted recordings against a particular customer card in BC.

Show "TO" information on Dynamics 365 module!
We have 55 phone numbers under one user account. We wrote a CRM module over Dynamics 365 and the RingCentral of Dynamics saved us a ton of headaches. Each phone number represents a client and we use a shared case management system that differentiates per company via Rules and PowerAutomate flows. But we're stuck because incoming SMS/Call/Fax information does not carry "To which phone number this was sent" information!Basically we need to see:From (212) 365-4023To {RingCentralPhoneNumber}on all these items... Allow SCIM user extension creation without using a digital license
Would like the ability to provision users without digital license. Many users don't need a digital license until later on after onboarding, and the assignment of phone number/desk phone is a manual process so the user receives a phone number specific to their office location. Currently new users will provision until all unassigned digital licenses are used up, then fail with "License limit has been reached". Only work around is to manually create the user extension with their email so that SCIM will auto update their user attributes.

Support for Azure & Windows 365 VDI environments
Getting a lot of requests from the Channel on when and how we will support the new release of Windows 365 VDI environment... as well as Azure VDI environments. Common theme seems to be that our Partners hope that we are quicker to support this VDI environment compared to our previous experience with Citrix and VMWare.

Add Top Producer CRM to integrations list
Top Producer is a leading Real Estate CRM that is likely to continue to grow. It would be beneficial for us to have Ring central integrate with our CRM so that we can have records of the calls and texts and information we send through ring central in our database.

Allow the function "Create Call Log" to be disabled on RingCentral For Salesforce.
Some people may need it, however, for customers that have a heavy volume of outbound calls, it is inefficient, if the back button still needs to be pressed, in order to make another outbound call.

Boulanger has a need to integrate a phone contact list. This will be for vendors, partners, other stores etc.The need here is to provide all RC users with an external contact list.
