Add ExtensionId to message-store phone number objects
I'm listening to the /account/~/extension/~/message-store/instant?type=SMS webhook events, to obtain inbound text messages per extension. Call Queue and Transferring calls to multiple companies.
My company transfers our calls to different partners, let's say in this case Company 1 and Company 2. I want to be able to call ONE RC number and yoru system decides what company the call would be transferred to based on rules and parameters I set within Company 1 and Company 2. Examples of the rules or parameters would be Hours of Operations, State the company works in, amount of leads I want to send this specific copmany (ie. 1 leads per hour or 10 leads per day, 100 leads per month). ‘Works with Slack’ as installed app
Slack is one of the most used messaging apps and many people like to use it for real-time conversation. RC should offer Slack workspaces as add-ins to enhance team messaging your current configuration (link below) does not allow for this. Ideally, I should be able to go to the app tab in RC and open Slack. You have integrations with Google in your ‘Works with Google’ section you should have ‘Works with Slack’ as installed app. There’s incredible need to to contain where conversations are happening and centralizing the activity it’s a huge miss not to offer this.https://www.ringcentral.com/apps/slack

Need option for the agent to send incoming calls to voicemail from the google integration Windows system notification
When the RC for google app is minimized , the agent can only see a Windows notification whn a call comes in. It would be useful if this Windows notification offered the option to send the call to voicemail. Currently the agent has to open the app first so the can see the app screen.

Add a field to capture the number a user dialed in the Salesforce Integration
The inability to attribute a phone call via Salesforce is a bit alarming as this is a huge miss on RingCentral's part. One of the primary reasons to have multiple phone numbers beyond the obvious of going to different people is to attribute where a user found you and called in from. The current Salesforce integration (July 2022) doesn't surface the number that was dialed and therefore lacks the capability to setup dashboards capable of attributing calls from various locations and ability to view the data alongside other Salesforce data. Hello, we purchased 3 new Jabra evolve2 75 headset for some of our team members and I want to know if you have a better integration than the generic offered, although my sound is at maximum the sound via the RC app is low, incoming and outgoing, the answer button directly on the headset is not working also.
