Integrate WhatsApp to MVP plans
It would be great if we had the option to integrate WhatsApp into MVP office plans.Currently, there is no direct way to integrate WhatsApp and their MVP account. The only way is by having a RingCX Digital account and connecting to WhatsApp. If they need help in setting up RingCX Digital account, they will have to reach out to their Account Manager or our Sales team.

MS TEAMS - automatically hold MS teams calls when answering an RC call and vice-versa
conditions: having teams calls + RC EA in teams active and logged in.
as in RC app, having the ability to manage multiple incoming calls (hold lines automatically)

when on an active call on teams, a user receives another RC call and answers it, the EA should be able to hold the MS teams call and keep only the RC call active.example 2:

Need APIs to expose license usage details for BI reporting
Need APIs to expose Total, In Use and Available license counts as viewed in Service Web Portal under Billing > Licenses & Inventory. Also, the Live Reports license counts need to reflect the true counts from the license status report that can be downloaded from Live Report Analytics.APIs are needed to create an automated extract to feed an executive BI dashboard

Add Google/Outlook Contacts to RingCentral App
Add the ability to import Google contacts or Outlook contacts, just like in the RingCentral Phone app. I see an option to add calendars from those services, but not contacts.I have all my Google contacts in the Phone app, but when I look at texts in the RingCentral app, all I see is the phone number. This results in me using two separate apps, receiving two streams of notifications, and having to clear out two sets of unread message/call flags in order to easily make calls, send texts, and communicate with my team.

Additional features For Zendesk Integration
Customer is asking for a similar feature in RC for Zendesk, that's currently available in RC for Salesforce. Being able to dial via browser and not having the RC App pop up to make the call. As a company we rely on our Microsoft Teams status (NOT RC) to let staff know our availability and more importantly to route external calls to relevant call queues\voicemails, etc. when unavailable or on a call. We use RC Teams embedded dialer app to make\receive external calls. Hubspot integration - Log all calls regardless if RingCentral & Hubspot browser is closed + Missed calls for call queues
The new RingCentral for Hubspot Chrome Extension does help in logging some but not all calls. If you are out of office, not logged in (aka after business hours) and/or hubspot is not open at all times... then calls do not log. This creates the issue of all calls received outside business hours or to users who are out of the office... are not logging in our Hubspot CRM. Attribute Mapping | Active Directory
The current user mappings only assign a phone number based on the country code, area code, state, city, and postal code., not by site or any other attribute. When they add the unassigned user extensions to the account, they must assign a device and phone number in the region they are provisioning for, and they must assign the unassigned user extension to the site they will be using for that license.
It would be great if we had the option to provision users and assign them by 'Site.'

Support for PIDF-LO (emergency header information) xml info (Microsoft Teams Direct Routing)
With the passing of Ray Baum's Act (effective 1/6/2022), our current or prospective Direct Routing customers for Microsoft Teams will begin to examine whether RingCentral MVP can "process" PIDF-LO information originating from the MS Teams environment. Currently we do not. Customer preference will be to maintain emergency address/location information from within their MS Teams Admin Center environment, as opposed to being forced to manually change/update address/location information within ServiceWeb. Ring Central Sync with Salesforce Contacts
I am requesting an option to sync RC with Salesforce so, that all of the contacts from Salesforce (Jungo) sync with RC automatically as added. To do this as an import periodically is timely but, if able to sync automatically just as you are able to call from RC via Jungo, it would only make sense that the contacts would automatically sync to RC app as well. Getting a lot of requests from the Channel on when and how we will support the new release of Windows 365 VDI environment... as well as Azure VDI environments. Common theme seems to be that our Partners hope that we are quicker to support this VDI environment compared to our previous experience with Citrix and VMWare.

Unified status in Presence sync between MS Teams Embedded App and RC App
The EA is a telephony-focused app that uses our platform presence status. However, the RingCentral App has another messaging focused status that is also being used. This extra status used in RingCentral app causes the 2 HUD displays to show different results.

Integration with Calendly
Calendly is very helpful for scheduling meetings/calls. It already has integrations for Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and GoToMeeting. It would be great if RingCentral similarly integrated and eliminated the step of having to create a link.
