  3. We have implemented the integration between RingCentral and Dynamics 365, and it is working. Our user base has asked us if we can change the screen pop to open in a new tab, as if they are working on in a Dynamics screen and they receive an incoming call the screen pop in the current tab overrides what they are currently working on and they are losing work.I cannot see a setting that request the pop open in a new tab, are we able to do this, and if so can you point me in the direction of the setting…

  5. Since the change to the Service Web UI, I noticed that we have broken custom rules due to the added limitations put in for the days.

    Currently our on call rule shows as follows:
    Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu 04:30 PM - 08:00 AM
    Fri 04:30 PM - 12:00 AM
    Sun, Sat all day

    You will notice that Monday at 0000h (Midnight) to 0800 is missing.

  12. If you are out of the office, not logged in (aka after business hours), and Salesforce is not open at all times, then calls do not log. This creates the issue of all calls received outside business hours or to users who are out of the office... are not logging in to Salesforce CRM.

  15. It would be great if we had the option to bypass the operating system's network permission when installing plugins and an option to install it without creating a desktop shortcut. Most installers have options on whether to add shortcuts. However, the installer with RingCentral is behind some layers of wrappers so we need to experiment with whether we can customize this behavior

    It is more convenient for users to have visibility of parked calls using the desktop app.
