Performance reports are old legacy reports, which will pave way to business analytics. In business analytics, we have call records, and we will see if we can align call records with call logs.

Performance Reports is a legacy product and will soon pave way to next gen Business Analytics. So we are not going to add features to performance reports any more.
In Business Analytics, there is an option to buy Pro which supports 1/2 or 3 yr of retention.

We are a corporate travel agency that needs to provide annual KPI reporting to our corporate clients. It's a HUGE letdown to see the data gets purged after 6 months. This definitely needs to be increased to at least 24 months.
