    The Custom rule should be able to override the Do not disturb status of the user.
    Wherein regardless of the user status, especially the DNT status... if there is custom rule created, it should override

    Fixed order in call queue should be improved
    in a manner that after the first member in queue take call..it should go to the next member in line. Then follows the rest in the list.

    Turning off automatic deletion of sms based on RingCentral Data retention
    -sms deletion should be depend on the user and should not automatically being deleted by the system
