It also takes 10 seconds of dead air before the recording replays itself. The caller will think they have been disconnected. There shouldn't be any wait time before it repeats. We can add dead air to the recording ourselves if we want time to lapse before the message repeats.

Robo calls can be on the line for up to the 3 repeats when no number is pushed. This is charging us each time they call. The minutes used each time is 1:50. This has to stop.
