Aside from using the special added number as an indicator if the incoming calls is from RingCentral or personal contacts, which is not applicable for every carrier, Try to have a different ringtones instead

The members from the call should have the ability to have a call waiting, if they are on call, they should still get a another phone call and they can put the current call on hold to answer the incoming call.

Customer wants to modify the settings on the App, not allowing the Users to change the availability status of Ringcentral app
Instead of the default announcement, we can modify the announcement with our voice or customized message
