By design, when the phone is part of a hunt group and the agent does not answer the call, the device will have a missed call notification—even if the call was answered by another agent on another phone. This may encourage a client to entirely disable missed call notifications.
Note: When the feature is disabled, the device will no longer receive notifications of missed calls, regardless of whether the call comes from the hunt group.Steps To Disable Missed Call Notifications
1. Locate the Web UI credentials for the phone in the HostPilot® Control Panel: Services > Unite > Devices > Select the device name > Get credentials.2. Find the phone's IP address: go to Menu > Status > Network > TCP/IP > IPV4 address.
3. Type the IP address into a browser's web address bar.
4. Enter the user name and the password.
5. Navigate to Features > Notification Popups > Display Missed Call Popup > select Disable in the drop-down menu > Confirm.
6. The phone will reboot.
