This seems like a basic feature and something that should be standard.

A feature like this is needed. I'm not sure if Angelo had in mind what I do, so I posted a more detailed idea of what I'd like to see implemented.

This is sorely needed! Users are used to being able to see an extension on the phone display. It's a poor user experience, and makes it difficult, if not impossible, to identify a phone's extension.

This is a much needed feature. We have customers migrating from ShoreTel/Mitel Connect where such a thing was possible.

This feature is now available in your admin settings. You can bulk edit (upto 100 users) and assign them a specific role, manager, additional manager etc. You can find additional details in the attached gif

It doesn't make any sense that a limited extension can't be allowed to call a page group, its "on net"!

This is a critical feature to have! Especially if customers are buying less bases than wireless handsets.
We were not told that we could have only one user per base! We purchased less bases and more handsets believing that we could assign a user to each handset and have them all paired to one base.

These are usually used for people that aren't going to have an email address, therefore it makes sense to be able to activate them from the RC admin portal.

This really needs to be fixed, your case portal is borderline unusable. The only info I can see on existing cases is the original case details and any replies I add. If I speak with an agent, they never seem to update the case on the portal. If I email with the agent, those emails never make it to the case portal. This is very frustrating.
