    In my experience, it works. But if you have to open a support case, they'll tell you it's not supported.

    This is a feature from ShoreTel/Mitel Connect that I have gotten constant reports of wanting in RingCentral.

    If you're focused on gaining former ShoreTel/Mitel UC customers, you need to start acting like them.
