Many of our customers moving from Mitel to RingCentral have noticed the absence of the various availability states they had on their old system. This allowed for easier call redirections to multiple numbers or coworkers that could be easily changed on their desk phone or computer without needing to type in the number each time. This could also have the future potential to sync with microsoft teams states.
