Carrier Provider information in the SMS log to whom they are sending it to. Given that T-Mobile and AT&T have imposed limits on message sending per day, it would help them ensure that they haven't exceeded the daily capacity.

When a call rings a Call Queue and a user picks up.
The call is tagged as a missed call, on devices that are not the ones that answered. In clients business, they call back clients numbers that are listed as missed call. They end up calling back clients that were already assisted.
