    Ease of access to the entirety of the call recording including the call from another extension prior to the transfer. It's easier to review a call.

    To be able to determine that a contact/client is already handled by someone else or provide information or warning that a particular client is already assisted by someone in SALESFORCE like how it is possible in Zoho.

    They would like to be able to their Mobile to work using the feature they normally use from their computer if they need to be out and still be able to do their task even from outside using Hubspot/RC integration

    Like RC Phone, the name of the number they manually save (Personal Contacts) will display the company name even if the number does not have first or last name. With the RC App, it can only display the first and last name. It only shows the number even if there's Company Name saved for that contact.

    This will benefit all (whether admin or users) if the profile was repurposed to new employee and needs to keep all history but the old employee uploaded a picture and they didn't want the user/profile to have any picture but the extension's initials only.
