Ability to add a "Saved List" of E911 addresses in a dropdown, to cycle between. Most people these days split time between office and home or traveling.

When we are in a current RingCentral Video meeting, which is controlled through the RingCentral desktop application, automatically adjust presence to Do Not Disturb.Currently, we must manually change to DND before entering a meeting and then turn it back off once completed.

Hello all, wanted to share this video with you, to see if it matches your needs! It’s only a minute long, but note that there is no audio. In this video, a call queue member “SZ” receives and answers a call from the Test 1 call queue. After about 10-15 seconds, you’ll see a call pop-up in the Call Queue Pickup section of the HUD. This is a 2nd call that “SZ” then answers from Test 1 call queue, which puts the first call on hold.If this meets your needs, please let us know. We have also included the KB article.https://www.loom.com/share/59599e5b02a14bb6a84fcf02560a2c68 https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Set-up-Call-Queue-Pickup-Group.html?brand=RC_US&product=RingCentral_MVP&language=en_US

This is not yet implemented. The PickUp group only allows other members the ability. What we're looking for is Call Waiting on Call Queues.

If this is Implemented, then how can we as Admins change users presence and
status, outside of Call Queues? This Idea is separate from the Call Queue
    one....

YES! We have people go out of office and they don't update their presence to reflect this. We also have people forget to set themselves to DND and are away from their PC (out of state). We need the ability to set this as Admins.

Time is running out with the Classic app, yet there is still no way to batch uninstall the app across an entire domain.

Super Admins should have the ability to edit RC Teams details, such as Members and Admins. If people are terminated, the RC Super Admins should be able to edit members in Teams they were in or change Admins of a team that the terminated person may have been the Admin of.
