It would be helpful to include the ability to add an actual File attachment to the notes section of an RCV Meeting - ppt, pdf come to mind. While the "Link" option that is there now is probably intended for this purpose, it brings with it sharing permissions issues, and the possibility of a link being broken if an employee leaves the company, etc. An actual file attachment will circumvent these obstacles. Set limits to the file size and post them next to the option if that is of concern.

Device keys in retail need to remain constant and focused given the limited real estate. HUD often interferes with this given its flexibility. What makes sense on a desktop app does not always align with key layout.
