    Ability for the call logs to show all data the same as Analytics. Example is that when a call is too long like call queue calls, this won't show the agent who picked up the call. One other example is that if a call has been parked, the next agent that will pick up the call from being parked will be invisible in the call logs which analytics is able to show.
