126 votesA meeting host can rename guests and PSTN dial-in participants, both in the waiting room and during the meeting, across the RingCentral app on desktop and mobile and on the browser. One thing to note: signed-in participants can't be renamed, since their display name comes from the company directory. See Editing participant names in a meeting.

21 votesA meeting host can schedule a meeting directly from the Outlook integration, which has been available for years. We're confirming that the specific entry point from the Mail tab is supported in the current add-in before closing this out. See Scheduling a meeting in Outlook.
