An error occurred while saving the comment Steven Jurisic commentedSome customers play a message to callers in queue that their call will be recorded. If a queue member answers and then transfers the call to another queue or user where automatic call recording is enabled, the message will be played a second time. Having this message played back to a caller multiple times is not a good caller experience.

Hi all, there's a DND Sync on hardphone toggle that may need to be enabled for your account if presence sync is not working as expected. Please contact support for assistance in getting this enabled on your account!

When in an RCV meeting, it would be useful to be able to invite additional users via Glip. Currently when clicking the Invite button the only options provided are
invite by phone
invite by email
copy meeting link
Would be great if there was another option "invite via Glip". This would allow a user to search for another user within the RCV interface and view their presence, and if available invite them directly via Glip into the meeting.This would also demonstrate tighter integration between Message and Video
