An error occurred while saving the comment Ethan commentedOnce that's in place you could also click on a customer objection, topic discussed, win / loss factor, questions, etc from the other page and be taken to the calls for this deal with those as search criteria.
This would drive more understanding and action from the insights.

Maybe an AI model could be used and improved based upon which deals get added or removed manually to deals. To automate it even more down the road.
