Once that's in place you could also click on a customer objection, topic discussed, win / loss factor, questions, etc from the other page and be taken to the calls for this deal with those as search criteria.
This would drive more understanding and action from the insights.

Post sales during implementation there's also a lot of internal calls that happen (build, escalation, etc) that would add a lot of context and improve communication if these could be more easily linked.
