An error occurred while saving the comment Greg commentedThere is a park timeout but it has to be set on the back end by support. the issue is this timer does not work for park groups only public parked calls. The park timeout needso to work with all parked calls.

Hi all, there's a DND Sync on hardphone toggle that may need to be enabled for your account if presence sync is not working as expected. Please contact support for assistance in getting this enabled on your account!

I have been told by support this is not possible. If this feature already exists can someone please tell me how to accpomplish this?
