Desk phone to ring first before app
Currently, the app rings at the same time as the desk phone. You set the desk phone to sequentially ring after the app but not before. I prefer the desk phone to ring first for a couple of rings, then the app on my cell phone would be called.

I would like a phone to ring first to an existing desk top phone, and second to the mobile app - I'm not seeing that I can do this.
I already have them to ring at the same time. I would like a sequence, with the desktop phone ringing first, and the app second. -

Give the RC Phone app for mobile devices the ability to be set to ring AFTER a desk phone. Some users would prefer the ability to tell their desk phone to ring a few times first, before the call is then sent to the app on their mobile phone. This would cut down on distractions at the users desk. At times, the app will continue to ring even after the desk line has been picked up, requiring the user to silence their device to continue their call.Giving the app the ability to be set AFTER a set amount of rings would allow users a greater level of control over their call flow.

I would like the call handling to have an option to ring the desktop/mobile app second. Right now the only option is to ring it first.

I would like to see a feature added that will allow a team to be contacted directly first, then cascade to the 2nd line or begin ringing through the app.

Only a small subset of our users will ever use the desktop app or mobile app. We would like to see the option for the desktop phone to have highest priority in sequential ring then move on to desktop or mobile if they are not at their desk. Right now the desktop & Mobile app have the "Order 1" priority and nothing can be moved above it. Please give us the flexibility to fully choose our call handling & forwarding ordering.

We should be allowed to chose the desk phone to ring first then the app/desktop as the overflow. The app is useful when your not in the office hence the desk should ring as #1.

At the moment you are set up that if we receive a call the call que would go to the app first and then a desk phone. I would like the option to ring the desk phone first and if no answer to then ring the app.

My users are requesting that the deskphone ring before the softphone app. It will enable less distraction with both ringing simultaneously.
