   Any updates on this? It is critical for QA purposes for the user to not know they are being monitored, otherwise it defeats the purpose of it.

   Hi,

   Any updates on this? I see back on November 11 Gurpreet mentioned that you guys were trying to figure our how to support it in the future.

   As of right now, I guess is accurate to still say we cant setup a WhatsApp Business account with a RC phone number as they are VOIP?

   Its very unfortunate that this was requested back in 2021 and is still not available as as a basic feature without needing to upgrade to RingCentral Contact Center.

   RingCentral, please consider adding this basic, but critical feature to all RingCentral plans.
