    We would like to have this feature as well, as we're trying to transition from RingCentral to using MS Teams as our primary chat application.

    Our team loves the RingCentral chat app, but there is no way for us to apply DLP rules to the app and there is no great way to pull and review chat history in forensic investigations for HR.
