    To be at parity with Shoretel/Mitel Connect system and users that are migrating over to Ring Central because it seems like the "best fit", any desktop pairing of the Ring Central desktop app with a deskphone has to provide functionality that is nearly identical to the Shoretel and Mitel Connect desktop software packages. Checking voicemail from the desktop app, but having that connect through the phone automatically is something that Shoretel supports now and that RingCentral needs to support very soon.
