Can you add call waiting for RC Phone app on Android/iOS?Right now just receiving missed call prompt which makes it appears like users are avoiding calls

Dial by last name- 2 letters
We have a manager who only has two initials in his last name. The phone system will not recognize it as a last name because it is only two initials.

Add 2 minutes option to after queue call work time.
Currently, the options to set the after queue call work time for a specific queue, under "Wait Settings"/"After last call is ended, agent will be available for the next call within" does not include 2 minutes. See attached screenshot.This is to request the addition of the option to select 2 minutes.Thank you

Contact Directory be automatically integrated with RingCentral account's Company directory
Currently, only the Corporate Directory is automatically integrated with the RingCentral account's Company directory. There should also be a way where the Contact Directory can be automatically integrated with the RingCentral account's Company directory as well, rather than having the users manually add in their contacts locally on the device.This would greatly benefit users because it'll save them from having to manually enter in each contact

Option to change the default number of rings when users login to HotDesk
When users login to hotdesk, the number of rings is by default 4. We can change it but when the user logs out and logs back in, it again go back to 4. We need to keep a longer number of rings so users don't have to change it everytime.

Auto-text message Hotkey when a cell phone is highlighted.
I want to be able to highlight a phone number and press a hotkey to open text messages with the number already in there like how auto-dialer works when pressing F6 on a highlighted phone number. Pressing Shift-F8 currently opens a blank text message box and only when RC is the active window.

Prevent numbers from being displayed as CID when outbound dial
Let us block numbers from being allowed to display as CID when outbound dial. If a number is assigned to the q that has an internal inbound # on it, the user has the ability to see the number and use it as outbound CID. We dont want all numbers to be displayed for outbound

Unread notification should specify type
when you see the number bubble for new/unread there is no further indication that it could be a text message or other message type other than missed call/voicemail. It would be nice to show new/unread for all types by default or at minimum show an indicator number next to each message type so we don’t have to guess.
