  2. I am looking to integrate with one of our entities. I would like to create short dial codes to call users on the other phone system. For example, I want to be able to dial 5220 and it should automatically dial an outside number and pause and then dial ext 220.

  7. On the RingCentral Teams deskotp application, the RingCentral app does not remember the last used section when navigating away to other Teams apps/functionality. The RC Teams app always defaults to the Phone tab instead of the area I was previously in.

  8. On iOS the RingCentral app does not remember or resume to the last used section if the app is killed by iOS. This is a feature request for the mobile app to remember the last used section.

  10. Change the Contact information > MY PRIMARY NUMBER in the https://myringcentral.com/ website to show as the user's direct number rather than the accounts main number. Changing the user's outbound caller id in the User Details doesn't appear to change this in the Contact information > MY PRIMARY NUMBER of the https://myringcentral.com/ website.

  13. 1) Any voicemail left for the customer care call queue to go to customercare@dieterichbank.com and not to go to their personal email inbox. All members have access to this email address to access the voicemail emails.
    2) Customer Care voicemail queue in RingCentral app must stay accessible to all members.

  14. The ability to block all outside incoming calls to limited extensions is extremely important. We use limited extensions with Algo IP Speakers and can't have outside calls coming into our classrooms.

  18. Customer wants to request an international number, but the request keeps getting rejected because the documents that's being uploaded are invalid.
    The Customer advised that their setup is that they have purchased an office in Denmark, through an Office provider.
    The Customer wants to be able to request an international request with their setup.

  20. Customer already have an existing IVR and it's setup properly as their current auto receptionist call routing. They have SF integration and wants a separate the call routing for thier customers. What the cx wanted is if their cx doesn't have a record on their SF they want it to route the call to an IVR but if their caller already have a record then it should go straight to the respective member assigned for that record. We currently do not have a feature available, even if it's integrated with Salesforce.
