Make the Line 2 ring when you are on-call on the Line 1 using Deskphone.
Currently we only seeing blinking light on the line 2 indicator if a 2nd call come in while you are on Line 1.

Call from one extension to another
I should see on my end that the call is coming from another extension if that extension missed the call. For example :It will ring to ext 1 deskphone if she missed the call the call will be transferred to me but I should see that the call is coming from ext 1.

Physical phone extension lookup
On our previous phone system we had the ability to start typing an extension on the physical phone and it would begin the lookup of the corporate directory without having to go into a search feature. It would be nice to be able to start entering an extension and it begin to populate users with that extension sequence

Likes costing you money?
My business isn't text heavy, so my plan is 100 per month. However, I continue to DRAMATICALLY EXCEED that amount because clients (if they have an iPhone) click the 'like' or 'thumbs up' or 'happy face' or whatever it is on their end when they receive a text from my number. When they do that I receive an auto-text describing the happy face, thumbs up, etc. This costs me a text message from my plan hence I exceed the 100 by so many. If the consumer just didn't hit like or happy face or whatnot on the text the problem…

Add wait time setting before sending to Overflow Members / Queue
We really like the idea of calls rolling from a primary queue to an Overflow Members queue, however, we don't want calls to roll immediately to the Overflow. We would like to only use them if a call holds for a few moments first. This would minimize disruptions to the Overflow Members.

Inbox vs. Phone Icon on Desktop App
If I'm looking to use my phone or anything else related to it like voice mail, voice mail transcriptions, contacts,.... I don't want yet another button called "Inbox" to click on. Have everything related to the Phone, under the Phone Icon button would be my suggestion. The app is way too busy in my opinion. I'd also like to be able to get RID of icons and features like HUD etc that I don't use.

Wrap Up Time
Give the option to change the Wrap Up Time. Individual users should be able to modify Wrap Up time. It is tedious to keep going back to available.

Show caller ID on a monitored line on Mitel phones
Currently on Mitel device users who have permissions to answer another users phone and have their extension added to their phone are unable to see who is calling the lines that the user is monitoring. In our old on prem Mitel system, users who had a monitored line button on their phone were able to see who was calling. But that is not the case with Ring Central. It would be nice to have the ability to see who is calling a monitored line on a physical phone without having to have the HUD open at all times. I know…

Improve Message notification email format (SMS and Voicemail too)
I have configured RC to send new voicemail/SMS notifications to my email, which also texts my phone. My email apps and my phone text alert only show the first 100-200 characters without needing to click and scroll. If someone sends me a message like "No, 4:00" and I'm rushing to make a 3:30 meeting, it is unfortunate to have to tap / open / scroll to see that part. Ability to add disconnecting tone on CISCO phone through RingCentral Configuration
Adding disconnecting tone on CISCO phone through RingCentral configuration so we know if call are disconnected. CISCO phone don't have it yet, hopefully RingCentral can add this feature so we have ways to tell if we lost the call already or not.
