A custom setting that will forward calls to an IVR or extension after the general company greeting

Our organization would like for callers to first hear our company greeting for up-to-date announcements, but then need the call to immediately forward to the appropriate IVR based on our office hours. Cannot currently do this without re-recording IVR menu.
