Improve "Security Notice from RingCentral" Emails
When any user attribute is updated (name, title, department, etc.), the user receives a "Security Notice From RingCentral" email notification. Regardless of the updated attribute, the body of the email states that the Contact Mailing Address is what was updated, which is not true:=========================================================================="Account: *******Service Plan: *****Dear UserFirst UserLastname,This security notice is to advise you about recent changes in your account: Contact mailing address. If you are unaware of these changes, please contact RingCentral customer service at (888) 898-4591. Thank you for using RingCentral."=====================================================================We're requesting a change on how these notifications are generated. If the user is mastered from an external identity source (via SCIM), and the following attributes are updated in RingCentral, no security notice should be sent: First Name, Last Name, Email, Job Title, Department, Country, State. Updates to these attributes should be expected, since the user is mastered from an external source. If items such as PIN or Security Question are updated, still send the security notice email. If this is not possible, at minimum, we request that the correct attribute is referenced in the security notice from RingCentral email. If first name was updated, the body of the email would read:This security notice is to advise you about recent changes in your account: First Name.If the user's title was updated, the body of the email would read:This security notice is to advise you about recent changes in your account: Title
