Multiple Voicemail Greetings

Please provide the ability to record more than one VM greeting, ex. Standard, Out-of-Office, and Extended Absence Greetings and then the option to select each as needed. Currently, I set a Standard VM greeting but when I am out-of-the-office, I have to record a different greeting which overwrites my Standard, and then I have to re-record that when I'm back in the office, and the cycle continues. This request benefits anyone who uses Voicemail.

    Its really a deal breaker if this doesn't get added. I have lots of remote salespeople who hate that we lost this with the Mitel swap over. I hear about it so much i cant wait for my three years are up so i can find a UCaaS vendor that has it!

    Give us ability save multiple custom voicemail greetings so we can choose when on vacation

    is it possible to add options to soft Phone (would be nice for hard phones as well) to press a button not (answer or not answer) but a custom prompt like some mobile phone do to send info (in a voice prompt) like on a call currently please call back and maybe some other options) Also a nice option for a custom VM to simply state Out of the office leave a message or call back at a later time.

    I am surprised this is not an option. This should be standard for every license. The need to re-record the Voicemail greeting every time you want to change it is a HUGE waste of time. PLEASE add this feature ASAP!!!

    +1000. This is an absolutely basic feature. Having one standard greeting as the default, with the option to switch in a different greeting (whether away for a month, a day, or an hour) is so standard I couldn't believe it when I learned RingCentral doesn't offer it.

    Our organization currently has multiple voicemail greetings prepared for our reception desk, one for each holiday. This way we don't have to record a new voicemail greeting whenever we have a snow day or are out on holiday.

    Currently, we only have the option to have one customized voicemail greeting. If we are out of the office for a day or a week, we have to record over the existing greeting for an out of office greeting and then when we get back from vacation, we have to re-record our regular voicemail greeting recording.

    Please add this feature. It would save us so much time wasted on recording another voicemail every time we are in or out of touch.

    After a caller leaves a voicemail and presses pound for more options, the greeting that they hear is not currently customizable according to RC support.We would want to customize the message below, or any other system prompts.To listen your message press 1, to erase and rerecord press 2, to send press 3, to send this message as urgent press 4. Please enter your selection now.

    Ability to set and save status-specific voicemail messages; in a meeting, on vacation, ect.

    This is such an important feature that we took for granted, given that 99% of phone companies offer it. Ring Central, PLEASE add this feature to your roadmap for this year.

    We had this feature in our previous Avaya app - and it is much preferable way to handle things. We also could set the temporary voicemail to expire without having to remember to change it back after returning from vacation or other out of office activity.

    A feature where we can go in and type out what we want the voicemail to say. Ooma has this feature where if the call wasn't answered, we were able to have the voicemail let clients know everyone's extension and they can dial it depending on who they are looking for.

    In the messages section per user, we should be able to add more greetings so that I can add a vacation message to switch to when I'm away. Going through the custom rule and changing other settings is much too involved. Every other phone system I've used has allowed for this so I don't have to rerecord my greeting when I want to just change it for a week, or go through multiple steps to do so.

    We changed to ring central and I hate not having this feature as our old system did. I had no say in the system change and feel this is a big loss.
