Enable Call Recording by default when adding new users when Automatic Call Recording is active on the account
It would be great if by default Call Recording is enabled for newly created extensions when Automatic Call Recording is active on the account. At the moment we will need to manually add the newly created extension under Phone System> Auto-Receptionist> General settings>Automatic call recording> Extensions to record.

Our organization has Automatic Call Recording enabled at the account level, and it is company policy that all users must have both inbound and outbound call recording enabled at all times. However, every time a new user is created, we still have to go in manually and enable recording for that extension. This creates a recurring gap where new users may not be recorded simply because the IT setup process is busy and someone forgets to flip that switch even though the account policy is supposed to enforce recording universally.
Having an option that ensures all newly created users/extensions automatically inherit the inbound & outbound call-recording setting would completely solve this issue. It would also ensure compliance, reduce administrative overhead, and eliminate the risk of missed recordings.
We would really appreciate seeing this implemented. It aligns perfectly with the intent behind enabling Automatic Call Recording at the account level.

It would be easier for accounts to apply automatic call recording to all newly added extensions in the account. This saves time, rather than manually adding them.
