With email providers or texts on a cell phone, having the ability to select multiple texts at once and delete them would save a lot of time compared to deleting one message at a time.

It would be great to be able to delete multiple text messages on the app. Currently you have to erase them one by one.

This is only available on the mobile app. Having this function on the desktop app would be very helpful.

Our company needs this feature ASAP. Admins should have the ability to delete text messages in bulk or after a predetermined amount of time. This is a major inefficiency. I am considering canceling and finding a new platform because of this.

It's possible this feature exists and I'm unaware but trying within RingCentral and researching I don't believe this is an option. Being able to delete multiple texts messages, by selecting the texts you want to delete vs. having to delete 1 by 1 needs to be a feature immediately. All users would find this useful and helpful.

I sent a lot of text messages and can get a backlog of old conversations. Currently, I have to go through and delete the threads individually. Would be nice to be able to select as many threads as needed, and then simply click delete one time to mass delete the threads.

Function to mass delete all the text messages you've receive/send.

After a week/month/school year, I have hundreds of text threads. I keep them in order to have proof of conversations. But now that I don't need most of them, I'm having to delete them one-by-one, which is obviously time consuming. If we could select multiple threads at once and be able to delete them, it would be very useful!

It would be nice to be able to select multiple messages and / or calls in order to delete at one time instead of 1 by 1 , the same was we can with emails and photos.

It is very time consuming to delete text messages one at a time. Phone call records has this feature, add the same thing to TEXT messaging - just like I can do on my cell phone

It is time consuming to have to delete texts one at a time. If you could add a feature that allows the users to delete multiple texts at the same time.

It would be nice to have a feature, at least in the RC desktop app, to be able to make multiple selections of text messages or voice messages and then be able to just click a "Delete" button to delete them all.

Easier so we don't have a ton of SMS and can delete the ones we don't need to keep but deleting more then one at a time.

The option to mass delete text message history or a setting to auto delete after x days would be helpful. (Especially when dealing with patient confidentiality.)
