Add External Number to Presence or show up Speed dial numbers to phone screen (Phones from RingCentral)
Presence feature is only for RingCentral numbers. Hoping to add external numbers to show on phone's screen for Presence. Or if possible, speed dial numbers can be added to show in phone's screen.

We have on-site managers and crew leads that need to be able to be contacted quickly and painlessly. Without access to external numbers, Presence doesn't help us as much as it could.

We use this phone everyday and contact the same numbers almost daily and sometimes more than once per day - It would save our company time and be beneficial to have some way to quickly be able to dial out to numbers we often make outgoing calls too to resolve our clients issues.

Where you add speed dials in the app, we should be able to add external numbers as well.
