Add ability for call queue managers or members to manage queue voicemails in the RingCentral Desktop App
We have found that the best and quickest way to manage all your VMs is with the desktop app. You can quickly see which are hangups and just delete them. You can then use the voice to text feature to quickly scan the message to determine if it needs to be handled or can be deleted. We are finding that VMs left in a Call Queue, however, are often overlooked because they do not appear in the RingCentral desktop app unless the user logs out of the app and then logs in AS the call queue user. Most don't do this. It would be extremely helpful if call queue managers and/or users could just view all the VMs for any queue they are a member of right in the desktop app without requiring a different login. They VMs could even be grouped in the UI so they can quickly see if it is a VM on their personal extension or left to the queue. If is a VM for the queue, then anyone in the group that has the ability to manage the VM could handle it, delete it, and then the VM would drop from view for everyone in the queue.

Our previous system just let us share the mailbox for a queue for all queue members by default and we could define default permissions for viewing and deleting voicemail, or more specific permissions per user if needed.

This is an essential feature for us. I'm not sure if we can figure out a workaround and might need to find another phone service. We cannot access mp3 emails on our system for security reasons and giving every single person access to a separate administrator account just to log in to be able to listen to voicemails is also a problem. They would have to log out of their account then log into the administrator for a voicemail then log back into theirs, not to mention the fact that then each lower level employee in the group has access to the administrator settings. It makes so much more sense that everyone in the group have the option to be able to access the voicemails right from their app. It would be like on your own cell phone having to log into your computer's email on a separate account in order to listen to its voicemails. It does not make sense. Each person in the group needs access to the voicemails left for that group.

Please make this happen. Managing VMs in call queues is always a challenge, especially when users assume someone else is managing it. This would immediately improve the visibility of those VMs. I think this should be default behavior for all queue managers at least.
