Comply with SMS-TCR regulation

It would be beneficial, if you could add "autotext" to all outgoing SMS messages that contained "opt out" language.

To comply with SMS-TCR regulations, it would be nice to include a BLOCK LIST that would prevent outgoing SMS to customers who have "opted out" to receive SMS messages.
