Need SMS 2 Factor Authentication Capabilities

The SMS feature on the Ring Central App and Destock versions should support receiving 2 factor authentication texts from different sites/carriers/etc. Most login features now require 2FA. In our office currently, my colleagues and I constantly have to get a 2FA from someone else in the office because we have to use our own cell phone line numbers. If one person is busy or unreachable, then we cannot access that account/site/etc. Having this feature available through your SMS service would be incredibly useful and would make office life far more efficient. Please add ASAP.

    Description: We set up a couple of phone numbers to receive incoming texts. While regular texts from a personal cell phone go through just fine, neither number is getting the automated OTPs from our vendors.

    Subject: Multifactor Authentication Issue
    Description
    We have users saying they are being forced to use a multifactor authorization app in order to log into the RingCentral application. I need to know how to disable that and set it back to regular text messages.

    It would be so much easier to receive a text than an email because email can be complicated to sign into for its own 2-Factor Authentication. Sometimes there are complications with that, so text would be just so much easier.

    Currently experiencing issue with authenticating myself on Bank of America and Quick Books. Requesting for a feature where there are no limitation when it comes to receiving SMS.

    I am searching for a phone number verification app or software that displays a code to verify the user before content is released or user is granted access to the next field of information, etc.

    i would like to set up my 2 factor authentication to text me. currently it only sends emails which is cumbersome to have to wait for
