When forwarding a call, show caller ID of original caller, not person who forwarded the call
When our receptionists takes a call and forwards it to the appropriate team member, the call shows up on the team members phone as coming from the receptionist, not the original caller. would be easier for our team if it showed the Caller ID of the original caller.

100% agree. This is a major inconvenience to most of our employees. Whether not knowing that they're receiving a customer call, or a call from the receptionist is bad enough... They also cannot call customers back if they miss the call due to the lack of caller information. I'm having trouble getting additional clients to swap to Ring Central for this reason alone!
