Allow Ring My Phone to be turned on/off by user with presence monitoring
Currently, if a user monitors multiple user's presence, there is only an option to turn on/off "ring my phone" for all users. It would be helpful to allow that setting to be turned on/off by monitored user. This would allow a user to see the status of users on their physical phone, but not have the phone ring for everyone they want to monitor status. So, I would want to have 10 users where I monitor presence, but only 5 of them I want their line to ring when their phone rings.

Rebecca: the amusing/sad part about this, is the 15+ year old phone system we swapped out for RC could do this; We LOST functionality with a "new" system.

This is a very big concern for us at the moment. Our current set up is that we have "Call Parks" where anyone in the office can put a call into a Park, and then anyone else in the office can pick up that call from the Park. We also have a few users that monitor calls for other users, and they are set to have their phones ring when the person whose calls they are monitoring presence for rings. The problem is that since they are turned on for call monitoring, every time someone puts a call into a Park, their phone rings even though the call in the Park is not meant for them. We need the monitoring presence ring notification to be able to be turned on and off depending on each user they are monitoring, not a blanket "all or nothing" ring. I'm concerned that someone suggested this in 2020 and nothing has been done to fix this problem in 2024.

This is an important feature to add. We need the ability to have an ecxecutive assistant monitor multiple extensions for availbility information, but not be interrupted by all calls to each extension. They only need their phone to ring when one or two of the monitored lines are called. It should be configurable whether the phone rings for each monitored extension, not on/off for all or none.

This is a huge issue and basically makes the phone expansion units worthless. Staff cannot choose which lines need to ring for them, but still have visibility on the larger scope of lines that they utilize, monitor, or transfer to. It would be great if RC could comment on this "future consideration" and give a sense if this is on the roadmap.
