Hi Team,
We are into CustomerService and Query resolution Business, we have employees working round the clock which is 24hrs a day and 7 days a week.
It is quite difficult to Check on how many hours an employee is logged for and how many hours an employee is on DND on live report.
Whereas we want a feature where we can check the live login hours and DND Hours along with number of Inbound / Outbound and Missed calls in a day, in our Live reporter on the same day and for past days(Yesterday/day before yesterday)
Kindly set a this feature asap, bcoz we have difficulty to check exact login hours given by the employee and how many hours the employee was on DND for any particular day

Absolutely, currently I can't see when staff makes themselves not available unless you are constantly viewing live reports. I'd like to run a report as needed.
