Launch an External App or Website for Incoming Calls - Optional on Answer
Let's say you are a sales person, so you have a lot of incoming calls, right now with how this feature is enabled for every single call it pops a record. I come back from lunch and I have 30+ records open because of calls that came in while I was away from my desk. We need the ability to 1. change this to work on answer instead or 2. choose - a popup comes up and says - launch? Or something like that so I can choose to ignore it (nothing happens), I click "not now" and the pop up clears or I select "launch" and then it does what it is supposed to. Bridge already has it enabled so that you can choose to launch or not launch - which is incredibly helpful.
