    This does not have to be a comma. They could provide guidance here. Using a + symbol might also pause, or a 'p' in some systems. A comma would be fine too (this would require they use a different symbol like ; for the CSV instead of a ,). But anything to include a pause would work.

    This is now available for RCV in app! To turn on: navigate to Settings - Video - Allow incoming calls while in a meeting.There is a an on/off option available for enablement. If you would like automatic DND for all calendar events, not just RC Video meetings please vote here: https://ideas.ringcentral.com/ideas/CUSTCOM-I-2239

    @Jessica Hernandez - is this going to be implemented for general calendar events at any point? Some folks are invited to Teams or WebEx or simply are in a physical meeting and it's really .... "2012" to have to change the app to Do Not Disturb manually every time a calendar event is happening.

    @ADMIN RESPONSE the "implemented" solution is not what the other 'merged' idea was.We want to be able to have any synced Outlook / Google / etc Calendar Event ALSO change DND. It's not unreasonable at all.This being resolved to simply have the description of 'RC Meetings' is not the same as the original request.Please un-resolve this to address the merged idea.https://ideas.ringcentral.com/ideas/CUSTCOM-I-3357

    SMS for Call Queues is coming-- as in if a text is sent to a call queue number, there will be an inbox available for one agent to respond to those SMS.


    I know the core of this request is to have a shared SMS inbox where multiple people can send and receive SMS from the inbox. Our product teams are aware of this ask, but I do not have more information about if/when this segment of the ask is coming.
