Please approve this enhancement. Our office got a notification for the fax number of the sender, the amount of pages but no access to any of the data that was received as the fax exceeded the file size allowed. Unfortunately, as it indicated that a partial fax was received on my notification I have nothing to show the sender what, if anything, was accepted by our number showing the partially transmitted information as no attachment was provided. Most other partial faxes we will get the information that was transmitted even in partial form. In this situation I was provided information that a 498 page fax was partially received with 0 pages transmitted to me. The sender only received notice that a partial fax occurred. This would indicate that some of the pages were received when in fact none have been received. This is concerning since the notification shows the full number of pages attempted to be transmitted and 0 pages of data were provided to the recipient.

Hello Team,
I would like to propose an enhancement to the fax notification system. Currently, when a fax is partially received, the system sends a notification, but this notification does not differentiate between situations where the fax has some pages attached and when there are no attachments at all. This can lead to confusion and difficulty in handling incoming faxes.
To improve clarity and streamline the process, I suggest separating the notifications into two categories:
Partial Fax Received (with attachment) – This notification will indicate that the fax has been partially received and includes the attached pages.
Partial Fax Received (no attachment) – This notification will alert the user when the fax was partially received, but no pages were attached.
Implementing this feature will help users quickly identify the type of issue, whether it's a missing page(s) or a failed transmission, and take appropriate action.
