Hello Team,
The customer is requesting that the SMS sender’s name be displayed, even when the contact is not directly saved in the RingCentral system. Currently, the contacts are stored in Microsoft 365 and synchronized with RingCentral; however, the customer is still unable to see the sender’s name in the email notifications and only sees the phone numbers. They only see the sender's name if the contacts are directly saved in the RingCentral system.

Hello Team,
We are requesting the ability to send and receive MMS messages through the shared inbox. Currently, this functionality is not available, but we believe it would greatly enhance the flexibility and efficiency of managing communication within our team. By enabling MMS support in the shared inbox, users would be able to send and receive multimedia messages, such as images and videos, directly within the shared inbox environment. This would streamline communication and improve collaboration, especially for teams who rely on visual content as part of their workflows.
