Hello Team,
We are requesting that the missed call tagging be disabled for instances where the caller disconnects the line before the call is answered. Currently, this is leading to confusion, as these calls are incorrectly marked as missed on the logs.
We believe this adjustment will help reduce unnecessary confusion and improve the accuracy of the call logs.

Hello Team,
I would like to propose an enhancement to the fax notification system. Currently, when a fax is partially received, the system sends a notification, but this notification does not differentiate between situations where the fax has some pages attached and when there are no attachments at all. This can lead to confusion and difficulty in handling incoming faxes.
To improve clarity and streamline the process, I suggest separating the notifications into two categories:
Partial Fax Received (with attachment) – This notification will indicate that the fax has been partially received and includes the attached pages.
Partial Fax Received (no attachment) – This notification will alert the user when the fax was partially received, but no pages were attached.
Implementing this feature will help users quickly identify the type of issue, whether it's a missing page(s) or a failed transmission, and take appropriate action.

Hello Team,
The customer is requesting that the SMS sender’s name be displayed, even when the contact is not directly saved in the RingCentral system. Currently, the contacts are stored in Microsoft 365 and synchronized with RingCentral; however, the customer is still unable to see the sender’s name in the email notifications and only sees the phone numbers. They only see the sender's name if the contacts are directly saved in the RingCentral system.
