Notification When Someone Reacts to Your Message with an Emoji
The only way to know if someone did this is to hover over the reactions. These days lot of people respond by reacting with a thumbs up or other emoji. I would like to be notified of this. That and a read receipt.

In addition to what @Buck shared, consider the scenario with 50 teams where sound notifications are received for reactions added to messages in any group. However, there's currently no visual indication of the specific message or team that triggered the notification.
Even if we assume it's for a reaction or emoji, we can't easily identify which message or team it relates to. Similar to how we display unread message counts, we should implement a visual flag for new reactions. This would enable users to visually identify and locate new reactions across teams and messages.

I would like this feature as well
