We actually built Tap Voicemail specifically for this use case!
A lot of teams we spoke with were looking for a way to speed up voicemails without going fully automated or into robocalling territory. The goal was to keep reps in control of their calls, just without the repetitive part.
What Tap Voicemail does is let you instantly drop a pre-recorded voicemail when a call hits voicemail, so you can move straight to the next call without breaking your flow.
You can also set up to 3 different pre-recorded messages, which has been useful for different scenarios (first touch, follow-up, different campaigns, etc.).
