Call Notification as Banner Rather Than Full Screen Takeover
In the old phone icon app, I could change my notifications so that it send me an alert when someone was calling my ring central line. I would have the choice to decide if I wanted to click on the notification which brought me to the app so I could answer the call or not. Now if I am on the phone using my regular number the ring central line keeps popping up in the middle of my call. I used to be able to be on my phone and then swipe the banner notification up so I didn't have to deal with it. Now I can't use my phone if someone is calling.

Have a notification banner like the old app when a member of call queue is accepting or not accepting calls from queue.

Hello,We have a number of users who heavily utilize the messaging section of the RingCentral desktop app. It is very inconvenient for them to have constant call popups blocking them from messaging even when they have call notifications turned off. Because a lot of these people are members of several call queues, they have a call notification more often than not. Currently, the only solution is to set themselves to do not disturb, which we don't like because they often forget to set themselves back to available afterwards. I know you're able to suppress call popups on RingPlan, and it's a feature I'd really like to see on RingCentral.Thank you!
