Set multiple keypress for voicemail
A feature about setting a key press on where the voicemail recipient will be forwarded
same like IVR menu

We used this functionality on our former Cisco System before switching for our Lenders to be able to say "Press 1 to be transferred to my assistant, (insert name) or hold to leave a voicemail". We are very sad this isn't an already established option in RingCentral as it is very helpful for our employees to have available.

Customer updates VM everyday with a new new greeting. Updates when out on vacation or leave. Voicemail picks up and allow for Press1 to leave a VM, Press 2 for Manager, Press 3 for Team (xfer to call queue), or press 4 for company operator.
