Ability to change the times the prompt is played iff caller enters no action. Currently hard coded at 3.

Many customers ask us to change this from 3 to 2 or 1. We should have the option of changing this ourself to what the customer needs. Some business have older seniors calling in and they only want to play the prompt once and then if no option is chosen within 2 to 5 seconds they immediately want the call transferred to operator/reception.

It also takes 10 seconds of dead air before the recording replays itself. The caller will think they have been disconnected. There shouldn't be any wait time before it repeats. We can add dead air to the recording ourselves if we want time to lapse before the message repeats.
